Product Description 

The BearCozy is a holster for your bear spray canister, designed to fit directly into the water bottle carrier of your mountain/road bike. No more throwing the bear spray into your backpack, where it is pretty much useless in the case a bear charges you. The two piece top allows you to secure the bear spray in place, while leaving the nozzle and trigger open for rapid response. Now when you encounter a bear, you just have to reach down and grab your protection from the water bottle cage. 

For use with 7.9 oz / 225 g bear spray canisters. Bear spray sold separately.

Note: It is highly recommend writing the expiration date of your bear spray (found on the canister), on the outside of the BearCozy with permanent marker, so you know when it is time for a replacement. 

Instructions - How to use the BearCozy:
  • STEP 1: Make sure that you look at the expiration date on your bear spray and write it on the outside of the BearCozy using a permanent marker 
  • STEP 2: Unscrew and remove the top collar from the BearCozy 
  • STEP 3: Insert the bear spray can into the BearCozy 
  • STEP 4: Connect the 2 piece collar around the neck of the bear spray can (the small tabs hook into the opposing holes) 
  • STEP 5: Screw the collar onto the BearCozy (do not over tighten) 
  • STEP 6: Get out there and ride!
